There is no trial and no subscription, and the code of the add-on and the indicators is open source (MIT license).
Data verified as of October 11, 2026.

🟢 Trading journal
- Import: Tradovate and NinjaTrader web (Fills, Orders, Performance), NinjaTrader 8 (Executions and Trades), Rithmic R|Trader Pro, Quantower, TopstepX/ProjectX and DeepCharts. If you upload the same file twice, nothing is duplicated.
- NinjaTrader 8 sync: you install the free ETF Diario add-on, paste a connection code you generate on the site, and every 15 seconds it sends the new executions from the accounts you choose. Earlier days are uploaded once with the CSV.
- Prop firm rules: you link the account to your evaluation and see how much room you have left to the drawdown, whether it has locked, your consistency and what's left to the target.
- Connected to the Track Record: if your trades show you have reached the target (with minimum days and consistency met) or hit the drawdown, it offers to mark the evaluation as passed or blown with one click. It never changes it on its own.
- Stats: net P&L after fees, win rate, profit factor, expectancy, drawdown, streaks and calendar, plus playbooks with checklists, mistake tags, notes and screenshots.
- Privacy: the add-on only reads executions (instrument, buy or sell, quantity, price, time, commission and account name). It doesn't read balances or passwords and can't place trades.
For comparison: TraderSync costs $29.95/month, TradeZella $35/month and Tradervue $29.95/month (public prices as of October 2026).
🟢 Risk Guardian
It is a NinjaTrader 8 add-on (it isn't drawn on the chart) that monitors your accounts with the rules you set.
- Limits per account: daily loss, drawdown (static, intraday trailing or end-of-day trailing), contracts, number of trades, trading hours and high-impact US news.
- What it does when you hit a limit: it cancels orders, flattens positions and locks the account until the daily reset (5:00 PM Chicago time by default). In strict mode, on by default, the lock can't be lifted early.
- Discipline: lock after several losses in a row or on a weekly loss, and a mandatory stop a few seconds after entry.
- Consistency: it tells you how much you can make today without breaking your firm's rule.
- Templates with the rules of the prop firms in our database. It also works if you trade several accounts with a copier.
🟡 Risk-Reward (beta)
A drawing tool for NinjaTrader 8: you draw the entry and the stop, set how much you want to risk in dollars or as a % of the account, and the box sizes the contracts including commission and writes them into Chart Trader.
- For example, with $200 of risk and a 40-tick stop on MNQ you get 9 contracts with commission (10 without it).
- Up to 5 targets in R, partial stop and automatic break even.
- Buttons on the box to buy, sell, cancel, move to break even and close. If you move the box with the trade open, the orders follow it.
It is a beta and sends real orders: test it first on Sim101 or in Playback, and start with a micro.
🟡 8 indicators for NinjaTrader 8 (beta)
- VWAP: session, weekly and monthly with bands, previous day's VWAP and anchored VWAP.
- Volume Profile: per session with POC, value area, naked POCs, HVN/LVN nodes and fixed ranges.
- Session Levels & Killzones: ICT killzones, Asia, Europe and US sessions, PDH/PDL, cash open and close, and sweeps.
- Fair Value Gap: bullish and bearish FVGs with their 50%, partial fill, inversions (IFVG) and higher-timeframe FVGs.
- CRT: 4H candles aligned to CME, sweeps of the previous range with its 50% and target.
- Market Structure & Order Blocks: BOS, CHoCH and MSS, and the order blocks behind each break.
- SMT: divergences between NQ and ES or between GC and SI.
- Supply & Demand: zones with freshness, a 0 to 9 score and risk per contract in dollars.
You can download them one by one or all together in a pack.
🔴 What you need to know
- The Risk Guardian only protects you while NinjaTrader is open and connected. If it closes or loses connection, it does nothing.
- With intraday trailing drawdown, the journal estimates when it was hit: the files don't include open P&L. Check it on your platform before marking an account as blown.
- The NinjaTrader tools are only available in Spanish and English.
- When you install the indicators, the El Trader Financiado logo appears on the chart with a link to the site.
- The journal's TradingView connection isn't available yet.
Verdict
If you trade futures with prop firms, the site now gives you the journal and the risk control you used to pay for separately, connected to your evaluation's rules. The journal works with any of the 7 import platforms; the Risk Guardian, Risk-Reward and the indicators need NinjaTrader 8.
