Terms and Conditions

These terms govern the use of eltraderfinanciado.com and its tools, including the NinjaTrader add-on. They are offered by Leonardo Ariel Miguelín Basanta, under the El Trader Financiado brand (his details are in the legal notice).

You do not need an account to read the website. These terms apply when you create an account, use the tools or download the add-on. If you do not agree with them, do not use them.

Everything is free:

• Without an account: rankings, comparison tool, reviews, discount codes and content about futures prop firms.

• With an account: the trading journal, the Track Record (the accounts you bought and your withdrawals), the Calculator (probabilities of passing), the Coach (habit tips based on your data) and contests and giveaways.

• NinjaTrader add-on: the Control Center, with the Guardian (closes positions and blocks orders according to the limits you set) and the replicator (copies orders between your accounts).

We are not a prop firm, a broker or a financial advisor. We do not sell accounts or manage your money.

We may improve, change or withdraw features. If we withdraw one you use with your account, we will give you reasonable notice and you will be able to download your data first.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, use the tools or take part in contests and giveaways.

You sign in with Google, Discord or X. Use true information and only one account per person. Keep your login and the code that connects the add-on to your journal secret, and let us know if you think someone has got into your account.

You may not:

• Use the website or the tools for anything illegal or to deceive anyone.

• Try to access other users' data or parts of the website that are not public.

• Attack, overload or copy the website on a massive, automated scale without our permission.

• Cheat in contests and giveaways, for example with several accounts.

• Upload receipts, trades or data that are not yours, or pretend to be someone else.

If you break these terms, we may suspend or close your account, in proportion to what happened. We will tell you why, unless the law prevents it or there is a risk to other users.

Each prop firm has its own rules: drawdown, daily limits, consistency, news, use of automation or copying trades between accounts. Following them is your responsibility.

The replicator and any automation, including the Guardian, may be prohibited or restricted at some firms or in some phases. Before using them, check your firm's official rules to make sure they are allowed.

The prices and rules we show can become outdated: what counts is what each firm's official website says. We are not responsible if a firm closes an account, denies you a payout or changes its conditions.

We provide it free and “as is”. It runs on your computer and depends on NinjaTrader, your connection, your broker and your firm.

It can fail. The Guardian may not close a position, may close it late or may not block an order. The replicator may not copy an order, may copy it late or may copy it differently (at another price or quantity). A disconnection, a NinjaTrader error or a change in the platform can stop it from working.

It does not replace the protections of the platform, the broker or the firm, or your own monitoring. Also set your account limits in NinjaTrader and check your positions.

License: PolyForm Noncommercial 1.0.0, with an additional permission: you may use it to trade your own accounts, including prop firm accounts, even if that earns you income. You may not sell it, sublicense it or offer it as a paid service, or use it to build a product that competes with it. The full text comes with the add-on.

The add-on only sends your trades to the website if you connect it with your journal code. What data it processes is explained in the Privacy Policy.

NinjaTrader is a trademark of its owner. The add-on is not made or endorsed by NinjaTrader.

The content, the rankings, the Calculator, the Coach and the Track Record are informational and educational. They are not financial or investment advice, or a personalized recommendation. The Calculator's probabilities are estimates, not guarantees, and the Coach's tips are about habits, not about what to buy or sell.

Futures trading carries a high risk of losing money. Past results do not guarantee future results. The decisions you make are yours.

We live off affiliate commissions: if you buy from a firm with our link or our code, the firm pays us a commission. It costs you nothing extra and, with our code, you pay less at many firms. Affiliate links are identified as such.

We only list firms we have an active affiliate agreement with, so not every firm on the market is here.

Among them, the order of each ranking is set by criteria explained in each ranking: the real price (with the current discount and activation fees), the drawdown and the other rules, the payout conditions and the firm's score, which measures whether it pays out, its reputation and whether it changes its rules often. The commission each firm pays us does not change its position. How the score is calculated: How we rate prop firms (in Spanish).

Each contest and each giveaway has its own rules, which are published on its page and which you accept when you take part. They set out the requirements, the prizes, how the winners are chosen and how the prizes are delivered.

Taking part is free. If anything in these terms does not match the rules of a contest or giveaway, that contest's or giveaway's rules prevail.

What you upload (trades, notes, receipts) remains yours. You allow us to store and process it only to provide you with the service and for what the Privacy Policy explains. If you publish a review of a firm, you allow us to show it on the website.

The texts, data, design and code of the website are ours or belong to whoever authorized us to use them, as the legal notice explains.

We do our best to make sure the information is accurate and the tools work, but we cannot guarantee there will be no errors or interruptions.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for trading losses, for accounts lost or suspended by a firm, or for the decisions you make with our data or tools.

None of this limits our liability for intent or gross negligence, or for harm to life or health, nor does it reduce the rights the law gives you as a consumer. In Spain, the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users also protects digital services provided in exchange for personal data, like ours.

If any clause of these terms is not valid, the rest remains in force.

We may change these terms to adapt them to the law or to the service. If the change is significant, we will notify you in advance (at least 15 days, unless the law requires it to apply sooner) by email or with a notice on the website.

If you do not agree, you can close your account before it applies. Changes do not affect what happened before.

You can stop using the service whenever you want. From “Your data”, in your dashboard, you can download and delete your journal, the Control Center and the Track Record. To delete your whole account, write to us at info@eltraderfinanciado.com from your account's email. The add-on is removed from NinjaTrader.

We may close an account for a serious breach of these terms or if we stop providing the service. Except in serious cases, we will give you reasonable notice so you can download your data.

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection given to you by the laws of your country of residence that cannot be excluded by contract, and you can go to the courts where you live.
