Apex Trader Funding brings back Legacy accounts with 90% off (2026)
Apex Trader Funding is putting its Legacy accounts back on sale for a limited time: 90% off the first month with code ETFPROMO and the Lifetime PA activation fee cut to $125. It starts today and ends September 22.
Apex temporarily reopened sales of its Legacy accounts, one of its most requested account types and one that had been out of the catalog for months. The promotion, with code ETFPROMO, ran from July 22 to August 12, 2026. It is no longer available today.
What the Legacy offer included
- 90% off the first month on all Legacy evaluations with code ETFPROMO.
- 80% off monthly renewals for as long as you kept the account.
- Lifetime PA activation fee at $125, available through August 25, 2026.
A Legacy account lets you manage up to 20 Performance Accounts at once. First payouts were capped by size: from $1,500 on 25K accounts up to $3,500 on 300K accounts, with a $500 minimum per payout.

Beyond Legacy, Apex also dropped its 100K Intraday no-activation-fee account to $59, all in during that same window: no activation fee and no extra costs. All other Intraday evaluations and every End of Day (EOD) evaluation also got 90% off through the same date.
How long it lasted
