Earn2Trade scraps the Progression Ladder: fixed contract cap and 50 % off until November 15
Since November 2, new Earn2Trade evaluations have a fixed contract cap from day one and no longer fail for overtrading. Withdrawals need 5 profitable days, and the 50 % discount with ETFPROMO runs until November 15.

Earn2Trade has retired the Progression Ladder, the contract ladder that made you earn money before you could trade more size. Since Monday, November 2, new evaluations have a fixed contract cap from day one, and to mark the change Trader Career Path and Gauntlet Mini are 50 % off with our code until November 15.
Details verified on November 2, 2026 in the Earn2Trade checkout and in its official announcement to affiliates. For always up-to-date conditions, see the Earn2Trade review or the current Earn2Trade discount code.
What changes without the Progression Ladder
Until now you started with few contracts and could only scale up after reaching certain profit levels. If you went over the allowed size, you failed the account. Since November 2:
- Fixed cap from day one. Each account has a maximum number of contracts that does not depend on how much you make.
- No more failing for overtrading. The platform enforces the limit: if you try to open more contracts than allowed, it simply won't let you. No lost accounts or resets for that reason.
- Same in evaluation, LiveSim and Live. The same cap applies in every phase of Trader Career Path and Gauntlet Mini.
- New purchases only. Subscriptions bought before November 2 keep the Progression Ladder, even if you reset them.
Maximum contracts per account
| Account | Minis | Micros |
|---|---|---|
| 25K | 2 | 20 |
| 50K | 4 | 40 |
| 100K | 8 | 80 |
| 150K | 12 | 120 |
| 200K | 15 | 150 |
| 400K (Live) | 20 | 200 |
These are maximums: you can always trade less.
Payouts: 5 profitable days before each withdrawal
The change also affects LiveSim payouts:
- 🟡 You need 5 profitable days before each withdrawal. They don't have to be in a row.
- 🟡 A day counts if you make at least your account's threshold, even if you are below the starting balance (for example, closing the day from $49,000 to $49,150 on a 50K).
- 🟢 The minimum withdrawal stays at $100 and the profit split does not change.
| Account | Trader Career Path | Gauntlet Mini |
|---|---|---|
| 25K | $100 | — |
| 50K | $150 | $150 |
| 100K | $200 | $200 |
| 150K | — | $250 |
| 200K | — | $350 |
| 400K (Live) | $400 | — |
After each withdrawal you need another 5 profitable days.
The discount: 50 % until November 15
With the code ETFPROMO, until Sunday, November 15 at 23:59 (New York time), the 50 % applies to every size for the first 60 days of the subscription:
| Plan | Monthly price with ETFPROMO | Regular price |
|---|---|---|
| Trader Career Path 25K | $75 | $150 |
| Trader Career Path 50K | $95 | $190 |
| Trader Career Path 100K | $175 | $350 |
| Gauntlet Mini 50K | $85 | $170 |
| Gauntlet Mini 100K | $157.50 | $315 |
| Gauntlet Mini 150K | $187.50 | $375 |
| Gauntlet Mini 200K | $275 | $550 |
Resets are also cheaper during those 60 days: $65 on Trader Career Path 25K, $85 on Trader Career Path 50K and $75 on Gauntlet Mini 50K (normally $100).
What does NOT change
Profit targets, drawdown, daily loss limit, evaluation consistency (30 %) and list prices stay the same. The tiered payout split and the move from LiveSim to Live in Trader Career Path don't change either.
Who is it for?
- Anyone who ever failed for going over the contract ladder: that mistake is no longer possible.
- Anyone who wants to trade their size from day one, without waiting to build up profit.
- Anyone looking for a cheap subscription evaluation: with 50 % off, Trader Career Path 25K costs $75 a month.
Verdict
It's good news. The Progression Ladder was the rule that knocked out the most Earn2Trade accounts through a slip, not through bad trading, and now the platform prevents it instead of punishing it. On the other hand, the 5 profitable days before each withdrawal mean getting paid takes a bit longer. The daily thresholds, though, are reachable. If Earn2Trade interests you, this is a good time: simpler rules and half price until November 15.
Frequently asked questions
How long does the Earn2Trade 50 % discount last?
Until Sunday, November 15, 2026 at 23:59 New York time, with the code ETFPROMO. The discount covers the first 60 days of the subscription; after that you pay the regular price.
Does my old account lose the Progression Ladder?
No. Subscriptions bought before November 2 keep the Progression Ladder even if you reset them, and the LiveSim and Live accounts that come from them keep the rules from when you bought.
What happens if I try to open more contracts than allowed?
The platform won't let you. The limit is enforced by the system itself, so you no longer fail the account for going over size.
How many contracts can I trade on a 50K account?
Up to 4 minis or 40 micros from day one, on both Trader Career Path and Gauntlet Mini.
What counts as a profitable day for withdrawals?
A day on which you make at least your account's threshold: $100 on the 25K, $150 on the 50K accounts, $200 on the 100K accounts, $250 on the Gauntlet Mini 150K and $350 on the 200K. It counts even if the account is below its starting balance.
